WRITE A LETTER TO YOUR LOCAL NEWSPAPER ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT RON PAUL. MOST NEWSPAPERS HAVE LETTERS-TO-THE-EDITOR COLUMNS AND OPINION PAGES, SO THESE ARE WHAT WE ARE AIMING FOR. BE SURE TO INCLUDE ALL OF THE THINGS WE ALL LOVE ABOUT RON PAUL, HIS VOTING RECORD, AND WHY HE'S THE MAN FOR THE JOB. DON'T FORGET TO SEND THE LETTER OUT DURING THIS WEEK. BELOW IS AN EXAMPLE OF A LETTER THAT WAS WRITTEN AND SENT TO A NEWSPAPER EDITOR:
"It seem to be apparent to just about everyone that we are living at a pivotal time in history. We have a federal debt that essentially makes each and everyone of us a SLAVE to the government and the Federal Reserve. We are fighting wars in countries most politicians would have trouble finding on a map. We are sending Billions of tax dollars in foreign aid to countries that are hostile toward us, while our own infrastructure is in neglect. We have government agencies and government contractors that are wasting our hard earned money as if it is going out of style. We have millions of people across this nation finding ways to take advantage of the system, whether it is a bad mother selling WIC/ Food stamps for cash, or wind mill company marking up the cost of their product just because they know there is a government subsidy to pay for it. We have politicians using the "good ole boy" system to benefit their friends and family. We have lobbyists bribing our senators and congressmen, to promote corn gas, oil wars, bankrupt solar panel companies (a.k.a Solara), and banks.
We have a president that has somehow added $6 trillion dollars to our national debt, he tried to convince us the constitution is a "living document", and he broke just about every campaign promise he had made. We also have a group of RepubliCRAT candidates, in which some support instate tuition for illegal immigrants, some candidates have bankrupted 6 of the companies they have owned, some of them think it
is fine for the Federal Reserve and the treasury to keep printing money and using quantitative easing to save us.
Meanwhile there is one candidate that has no ties to big businesses, and has voted NO to every spending increase and increase in taxes since he has been in congress. He gives back a portion of his congressional pay, because he believes he should not make more than the average taxpayer. As president he would do the same and only accept a salary which would be equal to the median Americans income. He would cut the EPA's budget by 40% and he would work to eliminate the IRS completely. He believes, as our founders did, that most government actions should be controlled LOCALLY, by our communities, counties, and states. This candidate would work to eliminate 7 federal agencies, and has come up with a federal budget plan that would cut spending by $$1 TRILLION dollars.
Herman Cain, Mitt Romney, and the others might be sly talkers and may have had campaign managers come up with "Plans" for them, but only one candidate is truly in it to Restore America.
Ron Paul, is the only candidate that took countless hours of his time to review the federal budget and come up with $1 tillion in cuts, Ron Paul is the only one that has a real grasp on how the economy works. And frankly Ron Paul may be Americas last chance, because eventually our debt will matter, the piper is coming.
Here is one easy way to look at it, it is much easier to change a school board, a mayor, or a Governor, than it is to change Secretary of education, a vice President, or a President. Ron Paul is the only one that will downsize government, so that WE THE PEOPLE can once again be represented. Ron Paul 2012
