Women, who put a zip and a tape on their mouths, protest against a privacy law in downtown Rome this past October. Wikipedia, which disabled its Italian website to protest Italy's privacy law, now plans a US Wikipedia blackout to protest pending antipiracy legislation in the US Congress.
